Dear colleagues in Scouting,

Greetings from Bangladesh Scouts!

Please refer to the Asia Pacific Regional Circular No. 17, series of 2022 dated 11 October 2022. The Asia Pacific Regional Scout Committee endorsed the new dates of the 32nd APR Scout Jamboree as justifiably proposed by Bangladesh Scouts. Now the Jamboree is taking place on 19-27 January 2023 at the same venue Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Industrial City, Mirsarai, Chattogram.

The Jamboree venue Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Industrial City, Mirsarai is the largest economic zone in Bangladesh offering all the attractive camping facilities really required for the Jamboree and hence, all the local and overseas participants would be happy during their stay here. The Jamboree site can be well reached by road from Dhaka and Chattogram International Airport. Connecting flights are also available from Dhaka International Airport to Chattogram International Airport. For your further information, as the host Bangladesh Scouts will shoulder all inland transportation cost of the overseas participants except domestic airfare.

We highly solicit the participation of the Regional NSOs to encourage the Jamboree participants and support the Movement as well. We are confident this time each and every NSO will be able to take part in the 32nd APR Scout Jamboree with a contingent big or small. Bangladesh Scouts is really committed to excellence!
